We bought this house left abandoned for 10 years by my uncle following the death of my aunt Ginette...

So here is the history of the name of this house.

We renovated it for 18 months and it will be all spruce up to welcome you this summer. 2023

Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate 8 people for convivial holidays with family or friends.

We thought of it as a place of exchanges, sharing and happiness

Located in the town of St Georges d'Oléron in Sauzelle, it is away from the road and very quiet.

You can reach the beach of La Gautrelle which is the closest beach in 5 minutes by bike or about 20 minutes on foot.

The house is composed of a well-equipped kitchen open to a dining area.

1 living room is adjoining with 2 sofas, a TV, board games, a pellet stove

4 bedrooms are at your disposal with 4 beds 160*200

2 bathrooms with showers

1 indoor toilet

1 scullery with wardrobe, washing machine and 1 additional fridge and shelves to store beach items

1 entrance with chest of drawers and wardrobe

The house has been carefully decorated for a very warm atmosphere

OUTSIDE

HEATED POOL from MID APRIL TO END OF SEPTEMBER with MOBILE WOODEN TERRACE for total safety of your children , but also for great ease of use; just push the terrace slightly and HOP! the swimming pool is closed and in addition it is very aesthetic.

The kitchen overlooks a LARGE WOODEN TERRACE with a PERGOLA furnished with 2 rattan sofas and cushions; a cool place for your summer evenings.

We have also designed a mini bar with gas plancha for amateurs

A large landscaped garden (under development) and a bowling alley complete the decor.
